At Lucid Autowerks, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you have an issue with an order, please contact us at info@lucidautowerks.com so we can help.

Small Parts & Accessories

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns that are not due to an error on our part, refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus our original shipping costs. This applies to items sold with free shipping as well.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Ultimate Manual Tire Changers & Fabricated Products

Due to the nature, size, and shipping costs of our tire changers and other fabricated products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it, please contact us. Exchanges may be accommodated depending on product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If we make a mistake with your order, we'll make it right at no additional cost to you. Depending on the circumstances, we may send replacement parts without requiring the original items to be returned.

Digital Products

Due to their downloadable nature, digital products are nonrefundable once delivered, except where required by law.

Limited Lifetime Warranty – Ultimate Manual Tire Changer

Lucid Autowerks stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our USA-made Ultimate Manual Tire Changer kits.

Our tire changer kits are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What's Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structural components of the tire changer, including defects in materials and welds.

At our discretion, Lucid Autowerks will repair or replace components determined to be defective due to manufacturing or workmanship.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or modifications is not covered.

Cosmetic damage, including scratches, chips, fading, or deterioration of powder-coated finishes, is not covered.

Damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose is not covered.

Consumable or wear components, including the plastic duck head, are excluded from lifetime warranty coverage. However, customers are encouraged to contact us if they experience an issue with the duck head.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Coverage continues for the lifetime of the product under normal, intended use.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, contact info@lucidautowerks.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

Lucid Autowerks will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution. Any shipping arrangements or costs associated with warranty service will be communicated before proceeding, subject to applicable law.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucid Autowerks is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
