Dual Drill Hub Template

This wheel hub drilling template is designed for users who want to convert their Volkswagen's bolt pattern. The template has a bore size of 57.2mm, ensuring a precise fit for every wheel. With this tool, you can easily drill new bolt holes in your hub, without the need for expensive equipment or professional installation. Can be done on or off of the vehicle. You will need to source an appropriate sized rotor for your application or drill out your rotors.

Instructions are as follows:

- Use the large hole to bolt the template to the hub using a normal 12mm wheel bolt (14mm for 5x100 to 4x100) to make sure it does not move around (do not over tighten).

- The side marked "inside" will face the hub surface.

- Drill four 4mm pilot holes making sure to keep the drill bit perpendicular to the face of the hub.

- Remove the drilling template and step up your drill sizes to 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm lastly a 10.5mm (or equivalent) drill.

- Tap using a high quality 12X1.5mm tap with plenty of tapping fluid.
